Waswa Francis (Bobarkman) A Ugandan Music Executive Founder of World Tuff Africa Ltd and Professional Black Member at (Forbes BLK) and hard-working music professional with multiple 8 years of experience in the music industry. I love to create & be a part of creative teams. Additionally, I’m passionate about elevating international Creators, and African music and empowering record labels and musicians. I grew up with love in music, Therefore I just keep on grinding in the music industry to help independent labels & Artists and Development.

I leverage my certification in Music Licensing and expertise in African music to navigate the complexities of digital distribution, ensuring that artists reach a global audience.

Concurrently, as a Music Curator (Youtube Music) Provided by Company Cue based New York, I curate diverse playlists and charts, transcending genres to showcase the rich tapestry of African sounds. With an Advertising on YouTube certification, I amplify our music’s digital footprint, while my role as a Juror voting member at East Coast Music Association Canada, Music BC Travel Canada and Music PEI Awards Canada underlines my commitment to artist advocacy and cultural promotion.
